Level 1

  1. FRONT FLOAT

  2. BACK FLOAT

  3. 3 BOBS

  4. FRONT KICK WIDTH OF POOL WITH KICKBOARD    

  5. BACK KICK WIDTH OF POOL WITH KICKBOARD

  6. INTRODUCTORY FRONT CRAWL WIDTH OF POOL WITH ASSISTANCE

  7. INTRODUCTORY BACK CRAWL WIDTH OF POOL WITH ASSISTANCE

  8. PUSH OFF WALL ON FRONT INTO STREAMLINE- (SUPERMAN)

  9. PUSH OFF WALL ON BACK INTO STREAMLINE-   (ROCKET SHIP)

  10. SWIM UNDER WATER AS FAR AS POSSIBLE

  11. JUMP INTO POOL FROM SIDE AND SURFACE WITHOUT ASSISTANCE

  12. JUMP OFF DIVING BOARD TO INSTRUCTOR

  6. FRONT CRAWL 25 YARDS
